Application of brazed plate heat exchanger

The selection design uses special software to perform data iteration calculations to complete the thermal and hydraulic calculations of the heat exchanger, including inter-plate flow velocity, corner hole flow velocity, resistance drop, thermal mixing design, heat transfer coefficient, logarithmic average temperature difference and heat transfer area, etc., and can calculate the resistance drop at the corner holes and the resistance drop between the flow channels respectively as required, and can make corresponding economic analysis on the selected model of the heat exchanger.
Depending on the process requirements, it is necessary to understand the operating conditions of the equipment in detail, and require the customer to provide parameters based on the equipment usage.
