THT Unveils New Generation of High-Efficiency Plate Heat Exchangers

THT Plate Heat Exchanger has recently introduced a new generation of high-efficiency plate heat exchangers, designed to meet the increasing demands of energy conservation and sustainable solutions. This new product range includes innovative features such as enhanced heat transfer surfaces and optimized flow paths, which significantly improve performance while reducing energy consumption. With applications in industries such as power generation, chemical processing, and HVAC, THT continues to push the boundaries of heat exchanger technology to support global energy efficiency goals.

 

To achieve high-level self-reliance and strength in science and technology and develop new-quality productive forces, there is an increasingly urgent need to promote the integration of scientific and industrial innovation. The 2024 Central Economic Work Conference made further deployments on "promoting the integrated development of scientific and industrial innovation," and listed "leading the development of new-quality productive forces through scientific innovation and building a modernized industrial system" as one of the nine key tasks for 2025. Promoting the integrated development of scientific and industrial innovation is a vivid practice of upholding innovation as the core of China’s modernization drive. It effectively addresses the disconnect between science and technology and economic development, expands new development spaces, cultivates new growth engines, and ultimately achieves high-level self-reliance and strength in science and technology.
The Regional Energy Professional Committee, through its five-year promotion of the first domestic application ("first-of-a-kind", FOAK) in the industry, has demonstrated significant achievements through over two years of operation at the Qianhai Centralized Cooling Station. All operational data have met requirements, contributing to cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and sustainable development in the industry. This initiative also provides critical pathways and model innovations for domestic equipment in terms of new-quality productivity and high-quality development. The project holds immense significance as a pioneering practice of deeply integrating technological and industrial innovation within the regional energy sector. Moving forward, the Committee will leverage the success of the first-of-a-kind refrigeration plate heat exchanger (FOAK-PHE) to identify and promote the first domestic applications of other innovative products across the regional energy industry's 25-year history. These include, but are not limited to, dual-condition refrigeration units, ice storage coil pipes, pumps, and valves.
